PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATIONS

Provisional Certifications 

In response to the COVID-19 ‘Stay at Home’ mandate, we have partnered with the American Red Cross to offer Provisional Certifications as a training solution for our customers to remain safe and still get certified during these unprecedented times.

Provisional Certifications are available for the following Red Cross courses:

Adult CPR/AED

This American Red Cross Adult  CPR & AED certification class will prepare you to recognize and care for breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults. This class meets OSHA/workplace CPR requirements.

  • Adult CPR
  • How to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
  • Conscious and Unconscious Choking

Course Fee: $65

Provisional Certification: The Red Cross Provisional Certification (valid for 90 days) is issued when you complete the online course, and within 90 days you must attend an Instructor led skills session to receive your Red Cross Certification (valid for 2-year).

Online Course: Information for the online course will be sent to you in a seperate email.

Digital Certificate: Once you complete the online course, you will receive a Provisional Certification valid for 90 days. You can access your certificate online at redcross.org/getcertificate

In-Class Skills Session: Within 90 days of completing the online course you must attend an Instructor led classroom skills session (45 min) to receive your Red Cross certification valid for 2-year. To complete the classroom skills session, you may attend any of our scheduled classes at any CPR Training Professionals locations.

To schedule the classroom skills session, call 1-800-916-1213. We will resume classroom sessions once the ‘Stay at Home’ mandate has been lifted and will update our website as information is available.

Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED

This American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric CPR & AED certification class will prepare you to recognize and care for breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children and infants. This class meets OSHA/workplace CPR requirements and meets the CPR requirement for the California Teaching Credential.

  • How to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
  • Conscious and Unconscious Choking

Course Fee: $65

This American Red Cross Adult First Aid, CPR & AED certification class will prepare you to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults. This class meets OSHA/workplace requirements.

  • Adult CPR
  • How to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
  • Conscious and Unconscious Choking
  • Basic First Aid including burns; cuts; head, neck and back injuries and more

Course Fee: $69

Provisional Certification: The Red Cross Provisional Certification (valid for 90 days) is issued when you complete the online course, and within 90 days you must attend an Instructor led skills session to receive your Red Cross Certification (valid for 2-year).

Basic Life Support (BLS)

This American Red Cross BLS certification class is designed to train Healthcare Providers to respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies for adult, child, and infant victims with a focus on team-based response, BLS builds the key critical thinking, problem solving, and team dynamic skills that are needed to drive better patient outcomes.

Course Fee: $69

Provisional Certification: The Red Cross Provisional Certification (valid for 90 days) is issued when you complete the online course, and within 90 days you must attend an Instructor led skills session to receive your Red Cross Certification (valid for 2-year).
