CPR Training Professionals provides onsite group CPR and First Aid certification in San Diego California. We offer customized CPR certification and First Aid training courses to meet your group, organization or business needs. Our goal is to give you the skills and confidence you’ll need to make decisions and take action in an emergency situation.

We use the most current CPR, AED and First Aid training which incorporate the current standards of care that meet OSHA Guidelines for First Aid and the Emergency Cardiovascular Care Guidelines (ECC) for CPR.

CPR, AED & First Aid Certification for the Workplace

Audience: Workplace responders, Employees and Staff Members
Description: This course meets OSHA requirements and teaches employees how to respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies in adults and common first aid emergencies in the workplace, including burns; cuts; head, neck and back injuries and more. Learn More

Certification: 2 year certificate issued at the end of class

Childcare CPR & Pediatric First Aid Certification

Audience: Preschool teachers, Daycare staff and Childcare employees
Description: Approved by CA EMSA for licensed childcare facilities, this course teaches individuals who work in the childcare field the skills they need to keep children who are in their care safe and healthy. Learn how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies, pediatric first aid and injury prevention.
Certification Issued: 2 year certificate issued at the end of class, includes EMSA validation stickers

CPR & AED Certification for Professional Rescuers

Audience: Professional rescuers, Public safety personnel, ERT members
Description: This course meets OSHA requirements and teaches advanced level CPR and AED training for individuals who have a job-related “duty to respond” to emergencies. Learn how to recognize and provide care in respiratory and cardiac emergencies for adults, children and infants, with special emphasis on two-rescuer CPR, use of the resuscitation mask, bag-valve mask and Automated External Defibrillator. Bloodborne Pathogens Certification

Audience: Emergency responders, housekeeping and janitorial staff, health care providers, law enforcement, and anyone with potential for exposure to blood or body fluids.
Description: This optional add-on course meets OSHA’s revised Bloodborne Pathogens Standard. This course teaches participants how bloodborne pathogens are spread, how to prevent exposures and what to do if exposed to infectious materials. Learn More

Lifeguard Certification with First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer

Audience: Emergency responders, housekeeping and janitorial staff, health care providers, law enforcement, and anyone with potential for exposure to blood or body fluids.
Description: Red Cross Lifeguard Certification provides lifeguard participants with the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies and to provide care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries and sudden illnesses until emergency medical services (EMS) personnel take over. Certification: 2 year American Red Cross certification
Fee: $ 140 per person at our facility or $180 per person for 8 or more participants at your pool

Training FAQ’s

Do we offer classes for individuals open to the public? At this time we only offer group training.
Where do we train? We train at our clients location; office, workplace, school, home, etc.
Do we train groups smaller than 8 people? Yes we train groups of any size but the class minimum would apply.
What kind of training do we use? EMS Safety programs and American Red Cross programs. Class fees displayed are for EMS Safety certification, American Red Cross certification is available for $15 additional per person.
